Meet the Family

Daniel's Profile

Daniel

Hi there, I’m Daniel. Like my historical namesake, I like dreams. I like turning them into reality. And my three highest dreams are already my daily reality: my lovely Ukrainian-American wife and our two wonderful daughters.

I’m a Type 5 Wing 4 on the Enneagram, and an INFJ by the Myers-Briggs.  Curiosity and a love for learning have defined my life from childhood until the present. From this stems two of my big passions in life:  reading and travel.

Born in sunny San Diego, California, my family moved to Northwest Arkansas when I was three years old. My travels as a boy consisted of annual road trips to California, across the wide variety of incredible landscapes that stretch through the southern states. Mexico was the occasional treat when we would make a day trip across the border. As a teenager, I taught English for two weeks in Ukraine, an experience which solidified my love for other cultures.

After graduating with a B.S. in Economics/Finance, I made several return trips to Ukraine where I eventually met my future wife, Elizabeth, in the city of Lviv. We married and spent our earliest years on a small budget in Arkansas while I went on to obtain my CFA Charter. This credential led to opportunities in the Dallas Fort-Worth area, where we moved in 2021.

With two little girls now added to our family, our tribe is eager to explore the world as we seek to learn more about ourselves and others.

Bella's Profile

Isabella

Hi, I’m Bella! I love meeting new people and making friends everywhere I go. When I go to the playground, I’m always the first to introduce myself and start a new game with others.

My favorite singer is Elvis. I enjoy watching shows like Bluey, Spidey and Doc McStuffins. One of my favorite hobbies is cooking with my mom and dad. Being a big sister is so much fun! It’s so easy to make my sister laugh.

I often think it would be fun to go to school. Someday soon I’ll be old enough to start kindergarten. But then I also think it would be fun to explore the world. I’ll have to find a good school-life balance.

My first international trip was to Spain, just before my second birthday. Barcelona and Valencia were my first introduction to Europe. I’ve also been to Mexico, Honduras and Italy. Wherever life takes me, I’m ready for the adventure ahead!

Alexandra

Peek a boo! I’m Lexi, and I’m pretty much new to everything.

I love sitting on Daddy’s lap while he plays piano, and cuddling with Mama when I’ve just awakened from a long night’s sleep. My sister has a special gift to make me laugh.

I enjoy feeling the wind on my face and looking at the trees while out in nature. My favorite movies are older ones, especially Singin’ In the Rain. I often have a look of surprise and wonder when I experience new things, and even when I experience common, mundane things.

I’m currently working on growing my teeth and learning how to eat mush.

Whatever lies in store for my future, I look forward to spending it with my family.
